What are your check in/check out times?

Check in time is from 14:00 and check out time is 10:00am.

Cancellation policy – requires booking cancellations or changes to be notified to Storekeepers Cottage Guest House 48hrs before arrival day for consideration of refund. Guests who have booked through third party website must contact these companies directly to make any cancellations or changes to their reservation.

No events with excess alcohol, rowdy noise or drug use will be tolerated.  

No. The price we quote you encompasses all services and the use of our property.

Yes, you can. Whether it’s a summer wedding or a large event, a marquee is a delightful option that can be accommodated in our grounds upon request. 

No. 

Yes, there is space for one car per room and plenty of street parking.

No pets are permitted to be inside the accommodation and are not to be left on the property overnight. If found with a pet, you will be asked to remove the animal or leave the property. Service dogs, registered guide dogs for sight and hearing impaired are exempt from the pet policy. Please provide details prior to arrival.

We are thrilled to provide a welcoming property that you can truly enjoy, however out of respect for neighbours, music level must be respectful and is required to finish at 10pm.

The guesthouse can accommodate 2 adults per room.

Storekeepers Cottage manifests this commitment through its actions and overarching goal to:

  • meet and/or exceed all statutory and regulatory requirements for environmental protection in the locations where we operate and our product and service offering.
  • identify and support any available and viable opportunities that enable us to reduce our carbon footprint by minimising the creation of waste materials, initiating answerable energy use protocols, targeting a sustainable product life cycle.
  • where possible/applicable favour options that minimise toxic emissions, maximise energy efficiency and reduce energy use whilst comprehensively fulfilling the businesses obligations.
  • approach waste material, recycling where possible and engaging, licensed waste specialists for disposal. A defined protocol will be defined in advance of work commencing on off-site locations on behalf of or with customers.
  • actively encourage support and reward, recycling and responsible reuse initiatives and practices by our team members and partners.
  • develop, source, manufacture, and promote our products and services with focus on materials and practices that minimise or where possible, diminish the environmental impact from the sourcing and delivering of our products and services
  • collaborate with socially and environmentally conscious suppliers, consistently auditing relevant parties, to corroborate that they meet and where possible, exceed our values, reinforcing our commitment to our customers for quality of goods and services.
