1. Check in time is from 14:00 and check out time is 10:00am.
2. Cancellation policy – requires booking cancellations or changes to be notified to Storekeepers Cottage Guest House 48hrs before arrival day for consideration of refund. Guests who have booked through a third party website must contact these companies directly to make any cancellations or changes to their reservation.
3. Guest belongings & car parks – Guests are requested to lock the door of their room when leaving their accommodation or going to bed. Storekeepers Cottage Guest House takes no responsibility for loss and/or damage to the guests belongings. Car parking is available onsite and is strictly limited to one spot per room. You agree to enter the car park at your own risk. Storekeepers Cottage Guest House does not accept any responsibility for damages or loss to your property or property belonging to someone else.
4. Pet Policy – (review notes previously sent) No pets are permitted to be inside the accommodation and are not to be left on the property overnight. If found with a pet, you will be asked to remove the animal or leave the property. Service dogs, registered guide dogs for sight and hearing impaired are exempt from the pet policy. Please provide details prior to arrival.
5. Mandatory Age requirements – guest booking the accommodation must be 18 years old or over.
6. Smoking Policy – We do not permit smoking anywhere within the Cottage. Smoking within enclosed public areas is against the law in New South Wales. Smoking is allowed outdoors, however, please be considerate of other guests. Please dispose of all cigarettes in ashtrays provided on the property. Please respect other guests’ comfort and do not smoke near windows or doors. A sanitisation fee of $320 will be charged where smoking occurs within the Cottage.
7. Damage/Theft – the primary guest (guest registered on check-in) will be held responsible for any damages to their accommodation room and its contents. The primary guest will also be responsible for any damages caused within the guest house common areas. The primary guest is also responsible for any damage or theft caused by their guests or visitors. Storekeepers Cottage Guest House reserve the right to process any payments in addition to accommodation to the credit card supplied to secure your booking.
8. Noise Policy – For the comfort of other guests and our neighbours we have a strict no noise policy after 9pm. Please be respectful and quiet after this time.
9. No Party Policy – This policy is designed to ensure that all our guests can enjoy their time with us and not be inconvenienced through noise or actions of others. Any guest failing to comply with this policy may be asked to leave without refund.
